That is not what I see in this video. What I saw was some dude walk-up aggressively and sucker punch the shit out of some kid that has his back turned toward the attacker and did not see it coming. While others tried to calm and hold the attacker back, the kid pulled out a gun and shot his attacker.

The guy who shot the gun wasn't the victim, the victim is still clearly laying on the ground after the punch. Guy with the gun was standing near the victim when he was punched. Personally I'm glad he shot the fucker.

Police said just before 4:15 p.m. a man was inside a liquor store in the 200-block of North Pulaski when he was approached by an unknown offender who pulled out a gun and opened fire.

The victim was struck in the chest. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital where he died.
And that's why ladies and gents, you should never trust what you read in the papers, hear from the media, or the police.
