I seen this Video before on a Spanish cartel site pure narco and Mundo narco and it said they cut off his tongue b4 beheading him.    |

Don't feel bad for these people that are being decapitated they have all done horrible things to other people. And all cartels have people in charge of child abductions. Which means if you work for any cartel you are expected to do as your told including harming woman and children. With that said don't ever feel bad for for the human life being wasted because they have all done these things to others now is their turn to feel what they have made others feel.
