Just some background information... The victim was an member of CV (Comando Vermelho) and he was capture by members of PCP (Primeiro Comando do Panda). He asked for mercy and said he would change his colors, but they executed him anyway. The funniest part was when he said "...but I said I changed my colors" and the group laughed and replied "do you think we would let you free?" While stabbing him. |

I've never even heard of Primeiro Comando do Panda. If you speak Portuguese, there are a pair of videos in the current events section in a thread of mine called "Fewer Brazilians Died Yesterday Than Usual". If you read down you'll see I offered anyone who did a simple translation for them a donation to the site, just a short summary. Okay cool. Your english is good too. I still have a couple more days to edit my post down there, so if you do it in time I can ad it my original post. That's how the editing works, you have I think 6 days to edit then it stays permanent. You should add too what you think about the videos, nobody from Brazil has actually left any comments in there yet. I'd like to hear whether you think the videos are what they claim to be, or not too--if you think they are fake. The only stuff I can find about it is that it's fake, not those videos specifically, but others like it. They say it's stuff put out by your guys' president. Personally, without knowing any of the language, it looks very real to me--the place, the behavior of everyone, it all seems right. |

Yes, they are real. Already replied to your post. That wasn't exactly the president fault, but mainly Governor's, Mayors and congressman's. Many investigations are underway, checking for fraud, money laundry and corruption in public bids. |
