A viral video has surfaced online showing the killing of motorcycle riders who threaten and rob citizens in Brazil, claiming that it is allowed by the Brazilian government. While the former part is true, the claims that the Brazilian government has permitted the civilians to kill the robbers are not.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. As an aside...Portuguese really is an unpleasant language to listen to. Spanish is so close phonetically but sounds totally different. It's like taking somebody who speaks Spanish, having them gargle rocks, then lidocaine, then amputate 30% of their tongue...now talk...voila Portuguese.
