That last one flinched and so the guard missed. That's why he got pissed off and kicked the man. Still no matter the offense I don't favor unregulated punishment. That's just bizarre and training is not a good reason for this outrage. They could of used padding. It's just sadistic abuse and serves no good purpose. In fact it is counter productive.
Filming it is just the height of stupidity. Thier commanding officer needs his ass kicked into a prison.

In my city we spray them with pepper spray then hit them with fire hoses before we set the dogs on them.
