Those FSB Alpha dudes, especially, and just Russian soldiers in general, are big ass, corn-fed mofo's. They TOWER over most of these mideast type dudes, just like we did in Afghanistan. The difference is we only got to poor water on their faces, these FSB dudes have no such restrictions. I'll bet these haji's have BEGGED for death more than once. Especially that dude they put on a cath bag! YIKES

I think it will have the opposite effect. This level of torture won't deter terrorists, in fact it almost looks like an invitation to do something even more cruel. It's more exciting when you know what's going to happen to you afterwards, isn't it?

The head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, told a security conference in Kyiv he believed Russian authorities had known about preparations for a major attack since at least mid-February. Budanov, whose comments were reported in Ukrainian media, said authorities chose to say nothing either because they underestimated the scale of the attack, or to pin the blame on Ukraine and proceed with the dismissal of officials. |

This kind of assault is beyond my comprehension as to why? I can understand wanting to hurt government officials but innocent people going to a show of some kind for evening entertainment!?!
