politics aside i dont really care that it was isis, in the end 4 guys managed to kill 130+ people and injure many more. they did what they wanted to do and accomplished it. no matter how much they 'torture' or imprison them, they still did what they did at the fault of russian security. also the fact there was 0 armed security at a venue this large is alarming considering the ongoing war next door... just my 2 cents.

Does anyone find it strange that the Moscow attack seems to be financially-motivated?
I'm trying to think of a precedent for it, within the context of jihad, ISIS, etc.. This wasn't suicide, they actively tried to escape, and, of course, they were promised half a million rubles. Is there precedent? I also find it odd that the only contact between ISIS and the perps was Telegram conversations. I havent stayed up on the flow of information over the past 12 hours, but this was the last information I knew. I'm not saying I'm convinced it was the CIA, or Ukraine, or Russia, but it's a unique circumstance, to say the least. Just trying to think of any other similar situations.
