they say it doesn´t really hurts, coz you burn the terminals and kill them, so it doesn´t really hurt. It does hurt like hell once the skin starts to grow and the terminals form again. on the other hand, this is one of the things I hate about modern medicine, they will keep you alive at all costs, even when they know they are just pushing the due date. There is no whay this guy made it. |

1st degree = skin tissues burned 2nd degree = connective tissues including the basal membranes 3rd degree = nerves are burned off. But on the outside of the burns it will hurt :C |

Probably doesnt feel too much pain at that point. He may feel the less severe burns but the nerves and pain receptors are toast in 3rd degree burns. I agree that he probably did not survive this. If he did, hes gonna wish he didnt.

Someone better just fucking let me die if this ever happens to me. I don't want to live through the nightmare of being repeatedly skinned alive in the name of debridement, and I sure as hell don't want to live the rest of my life looking like Freddy Motherfucking Krueger.

The Doctors cut the victims skin like this to prevent it from further damage. Like bursting open when it swells.
