The lawyer and friend said to the cop "Disrespectful" when the cop tried to hit the lawyer. The other cop that was pointing the gun at their faces told him not to get it because He will fill them up with lead.
Living in the DR, I know police well. They kill people and make up their own stories all the time. Police are low educated individual who know some one to get the job. Lastly, playing music loud is the norm in the DR. In cars or anywhere. Pulling over a person for having a load radio is unheard off in the DR. In my town, Las Terrenas is one small town run by foreigners trying to implement basic rules to promote tourism. However, all the new rules are not followed.
