I'm guessing a HVAC unit. Big one too. Either that or a very large compressor unit for refrigeration, like cold storage big.

Damn!!! The Chinese are some of the most keystone dumbfukers Ive ever seen. They really suck ass at technology and lead the world in work related accidents.
