Poor guy. I'm guessing Brazil because of the flipflops, and motorcycle accident since there is not a bunch of wannabe gangstas waving pistols around in the video.  The face painting bit was weird for me too. I can't tell if the person was trying to clear blood from his nose, trying to somehow comfort the guy, or just didn't know what else they should have done. |

~ The very few people that are helping are actually trying to do something for the guy, the useless & worthless rest are just acting like they are helping but are really just taking the available oxygen/air away from him.
