I do not know how long you lived or visited Latin America, or how strong your Castellano is, But those types of woman are control freaks who love to tell everyone what to do. What she does not do, stop taking video and actually call for services. Out of all the things she was saying, only 4 words matter in her entire none sense. That is what most people in the street do. Very few actually are trained to render first aid or actually do something to help, like transportation. Good luck counting in the "ambulancia" to actually get to you in time. If an emergency occurs at sea, you are good as dead because there is no help. Been there, seen that. |
