Actually, your are wrong, That patrol car could have easily called another unit to start A Round Robin. The Police Cruiser Gets into a Center Lane Then with The Full Tree Lit up and Siren Blaring he begins to do a wide s pattern in front of all the traffic to stop them in their tracks it can take 100-200 yards but Yes Its Pretty Easy To Stop All Traffic On A Freeway Dead in Its Tracks. How an officer is literally sitting on the roadside watching someone get turned into Alpo Un-Canned Dog Food is Just Beyond Comprehension> It's A Fucking Crime Scene for Christ's Sake.  |
