Looks like she has defensive wounds (right palm) and the perp likely cut himself during the attack. Given the unnatural position of her right arm and some spherical looking drops of blood, it's likely his. The same goes for the roundish drops on that bag or whatever it is towards the bottom right of the screen which also suggest an exit to the right. It looks like he grabbed her right thigh (is that a fully fledged hand print on her right upper one?). The dried nature of a lot of the blood makes me think a bit of time has passed the different locations of the pools of make me think he moved her body. |
