Joseph Rosenbaum was indeed one sick abomination consumed by all kinds of twisted predation. It takes a tough skin to read that entire rap sheet in all its graphic detail and not feel sick to the stomach. But I'm also thankful to the forum member who made this information publicly available for us. His offending history had all the hallmarks of a dangerous criminal; one of such handfuls of recidivist specimens that no amount of incarceration can cure.

With felony counts as serious as those, I struggle to believe he was a reformed man after leaving prison walls behind him. He served a net amount of time for his convictions as required by law, but such primal urges which selfishly granted him sexual release remained deep-seated. Bit like that 'reptilian brain' complex psychological head types like to talk about. That sickness became a manifest inside of him that would always linger. You can't just erase that kind of behaviour from your memory like some bad email, and it would be asinine to think so. That level of degeneracy was as natural to him as a handshake to you or I. More sobering, any amount of temptation could trigger a relapse. A casual walk through a playground could do it...
