As a european I'm no expert on firearms. But if i see someone coming towards me with what a appears to be an assault rifle (or even just a handgun). I'd beat Usain bolt his records, running away from that guy.

I wouldn't confront him and certainly not when I am unarmed myself.

Ontopic: This little fat fuck deserves life but he's not black so he'll get away with 2 years probation .

Old boy only shot about 5 rounds. I'd say he was in more control than the average shooter. Also it doesn't matter if you agree with his actions or not. He's 17 with a rifle that the law requires you be 21 to purchase or own. He crossed state lines armed as a minor with someone else's car and someone else's rifle. Whoever that someone else is they're gonna be crucified in court.
