Plenty of evidence why it was justified, in my view. Obviously with the videos out there it would be really dumb to just claim he was ‘not guilty’ of shooting someone.

Odd. Even the charging documents fail to mention that the rifle crossed state lines. & this is the first I’ve heard that mom bought him the rifle, illegally.
