Ah yes, now I see! Sorry about that, I just woke up, and was playing the new German video game Corona World with my smart eye, so I'm pissed off. |

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
I don't care if it's full auto or not. Making contact equals death? Give me a fucking break. If he had a gun, why wouldn't he have stood back and shot him? What does this even fucking mean? Learn to sling better insults. I meant his 2nd amendment right; not technically Wisconsin law. |

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
As you’re attempting to state what happened here, the presence of a full auto weapon would change a lot of the narrative. So when you’re the only one pointing out false information to make a point, you invalidate your point. So you may not care if it’s full auto or not, perhaps you should be more accurate when describing your point. Makes a big difference. Do you know what a fully automatic firearm is? Making contact certainly does not equal death. Swinging a heavy object at someone on the ground would indeed be considered potentially deadly force and in that moment he could of just taken the beating or defended himself. Him being on the ground at this time would of made it impossible to of “stood back and shot him”, as you suggested. Have you even seen all the videos? The same videos show him repeatedly trying to retreat multiple times. He attempted to avoid a physical altercation with the bald pedo according to eyewitness reports continued in then DA’s own report. I’m glad you recognize the second amendment as a “right”. I really am. I take back my shitty attempt at insulting you, as we have found common ground when I least expected it. No hugs though, asshole. |

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
Wrong. Since 1934 you had to pay a $200 tax stamp and fill out a little more paperwork and you can own a full auto. The 1986 FFA made it illegal for a private citizen to own a full auto produced after May 1986. You can still to the day own a Pre-May 86 full auto, they are quite expensive though. The only way to own a newer model full auto is being a firearms dealer and procuring a dealer sample meant for demonstrations purposes only. |

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
I was talking about that with an ex-LEO family member the other day: Does a person trying to disarm you constitute a reasonably credible threat of death or great bodily harm? In some jurisdictions, it might. Not sure, might look it up when I'm not feeling lazy (so never).

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
And the government is under no obligation to grant it or to provide cause for refusal, right? "Fuck you, that's why" is an acceptable reason and you'll have no legal leg to stand on. Plus I think it's a very small staff of people who process them and they don't work year-round, so it can take ages to be approved.

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse, Counter Protestor Shoots Rioters
Yes, technically you can own a fully automatic gun. Although its not an easy process. Its not easy. And as you stated, they are expensive. You'd be lucky to get your hands on one for less than 30 or 40 grand. And then the bullets are anywhere from 6 dollars a round to 12 dollars. And you're taking about a gun that shoots several rounds a second. Many of those guns cost 500 dollars to unload 1 magazine. Wich is why these guns are a non-issue in America |
