You keep conveniently leaving out the fact that he had already taken a life at that point. Were they supposed to let a killer with a gun walk away to harm others?

You same type people harp constantly about how mass shooters wouldn't be able to do more harm if other victims had guns to take them out (Same argument for teachers with school shooters).

I would have tried to stop and disarm him as well, after all it's our right as Americans to act in self defense. He shot and killed someone, self defense was flushed down the toilet for him in that very moment. Say what you wish but the common sense is there.

You must not get the sarcasm of the comment. I don't use ignorant terms like "fake news" that's the opposition's argument to everything. I believe what the videos show back the police report created.
