The first guy did pose a threat, he was actively chasing kyle as kyle was fleeing. Yes reports did incorrectly state it was a Molotov when it wasn't, it did kind of look like it from certain camera angles briefly. The guy chased kyle to the row of cars, another "protester" fired a gun, possibly into the air, as they were chasing him, kyle had no way of knowing he shot in the air or at him, once to the row of cars and he could not run further, he turned, which is when the guy chasing attempted to take his firearm, that is when kyle fired in self-defence. |
