If i "really" look close it doesnt even look like hes got anything in his hands, and even proceeds to pull up his pants with both hands miliseconds afterwards. Not convincing, i think the guy who was running was getting shot at and it just happened the other sponge was there.

He was definitely a fast runner, and a good fuc%*n aim because he nailed it! If you really watch it in slow slow motion, you can see the Vic turn to his left as killer is already on him, see the muzzle flash, Vic drop, perp haul ass!! Watch for muzzle flash at the tailgate of truck, I didn’t think it was a shooting either til I investigated  |
