Panic does funny things to a person. The fact that he slipped on the tracks and fell with the train coming threw him off. Discomfort followed by panic is often fatal in situations where it can be.

Four. You forgot to count driving around the barrier that was there to stop him getting on the tracks. That was probably the biggest mistake. |
