You are correct sir. She moves her head slightly near the end as well. Looks like the final throes just before brain death. She has obvious massive head injuries and I would doubt her brain would not swell and kill her even in the event she was rushed to the hospital.

P.S. yes that is ho wthe woed throes is spelled. look it up
