Many (most?) Indians seem to be criminally negligent. I don't know what happened here and don't want to know. Looks maybe like a train station and the freight car carrying wheels lost a wheel from its load, maybe cutting somebody in half. Doesn't look like a full person under the wheel, and the crowd is looking to the right off camera, maybe the other half with a dick or pussy exposed (no interest in the half we can see)...

Friend of mine from India who emigrated to the USA (now he's a psychiatrist) used to drive a car with bald tires and other safety hazards, his dad later said "I thought you would have a wreck in that car..."

It seems like the guy at the end was demonstrating what the man did to end up that way.
If true, then presumably the train wheel fell out of the train cart which contained all the other wheels...

That’s what I’m thinking is the wheel was in the train cart and unexpectedly fell out crushing the guy. He appears folded in half with his legs under his torso and obviously his head smashed. I doubt he felt much at all
