well, I am not American, but you cannot win a war against people like that, is not only the Taliban...is because some aspects of the Middle eastern culture...all that Jihad crap...well, that kind of ideas are the responsible of the timeless massacres that have been at mankind's side since the beginning of time, human beings are so freaking contradictory, my point is the only way to get rid of a menace like the Taliban would be to nuke the whole place and then cover the hole with concrete...and I don't see that happening, sorry but not one single country on earth would do such thing, wiping out an entire sub-continent to have peace is not the way Modern man do things, instead they prefer to send soldiers, they kill the insurgent, insurgents kill some soldiers, the government gets it's oil or whatever they are after and then they retreat and leave the place with many many many angry sons of bitches...which will grow up and become the new generation of Talibans and insurgents and the circle goes on and on and on...  |
