First of all the guy looked old and drunk to me, the first punch left him groggy, the second one knocked him out, how could you break your fall when unconcsious? |

That would be a manslaughter charge in the US, unintentional killing with no premeditation, intent or malice. I don't know if that would apply in Mother Russia though.
