One kid was in the median between the exit lane and highway, the hit kid was running to him. There was another kid on the side of the road. The driver didn't appear to have anywhere to turn without hitting a kid, they hit the brakes and tried to stop. The hit kid didn't see or anticipate a car would be using the exit lane (bad move). Only thing I can think of is the kids were running onto the exit lane to run down the hill and jump into the water. Guess they don't have an Olympic size chlorinated pool to cool off in like us in the first world. Then again, I have never seen street rats like this playing on a highway in the USA, although I have occasionally seen ***** or latino little bastards bombing cars with rocks from an overpass. |

Should have never been there, where are the parents/adults, crazy shit, least the driver stopped instead of just leaving the scene, still that little dude should have never been there, damn shame!!!
