It could be a suicide, but id say more like some kid being dumb...and ending up killing himself.

It kinda looks like he's trying to look into the balcony below, or the window .If it's suicide then why bother hanging like that? Just jump .

if u look closely there`s somebody leaning over the balcony holding him by the arms then he falls on his noggin, fuck having hin for a mate trying 2 save me !!!  |

This video shows to us on TV (here is very poor quality) It is suicide. Happened in Ukraine. The guy got drunk because of his girl and decided to commit suicide. His friend tried keep him for his leg, but was not strong enough (or too drunk). So do not get drunk on the balcony =)) |
