Just a little bit of reading would prevent a lot of these stupid comments.. The kid didn't break in... And who the fuck steals shit, then passes out on the floor... It's more likely the guy just had a problem with the victim, and is used the stealing story to justify beating him. Either way, there's no law in the United States that would allow you to shoot someone in this situation. "Mendoza-Chaparro told her he was going to come over. Zakesky said she fell asleep before he did. Zakesky told police she woke up in the middle of the night and found Mendoza-Chaparro sleeping on the floor in the living room. She went back to sleep and was woken up by Katzfey. She told police he was upset and accused Mendoza-Chaparro of stealing a bong, a pipe and other items. Katzfey claimed he saw the stolen items in Mendoza-Chaparro's coat." |
