~ This is a inconclusive toughy, there are no big monster trucks to blame, and traffic is not that fast. The only clues are half of him at one end of the video & the other half at the other end of the video, 0:13, with the smear mark in between. Perhaps about 50 to 60 ft apart from start to finish. ~ Also if a motorbike was involved, there is no video of his motorbike's end location. ~ Maybe a tuk-tuk was involved, although highly ridiculonculous if it was. ~ The tires could be a substitute for crime scene tape, so traffic doesn't interfere with the evidence, until the proper authorities arrive. |
