Chicago/Milwauke is starting to bleed out everywhere in that area. I'd expect to see things like this happening more frequently than they do. Suburbs are just hiding spots nowadays. Most of these cities are ridding themselves of the bullshit and gentrifying their inner cities. Pushing scumbags like this out to the suburbs where it becomes more affordable to live. Huge influx of this across the country.
