He was just knocked out. I run a tattoo studio and we get people faint fairly regularly. Some people who faint make that snoring noise and can convulse. It's not a death rattle.

Death rattle or not, his head was stomped twice, the second one being enough to kill someone.
Not to mention the trail of blood that seemed so consistent along the ground that it looked as if his head was busted up bad, not just a broken nose, which would have had a blotchy pattern of blood.

I really hope they get to the bottom of this.

PS. The 'mentally challenged' (he seemed normalish to me tbh) guy had some good skills, looked like a form of kung fu mixed with his own..."thing".

I'm appalled by the utter stupidity of this sensei, if he truly is the one who posted this video. What was he thinking by posting a self-incriminating video (aggravated assault, failure to render assistance to a person in danger, possibly homicide, etc.)?

He truly deserves the dumbest youtube user award (2009 edition).

First off, If this guy is a blackbelt up against this untrained guy off the street then he should have destroyed him in seconds, but that is not what happened, in fact it looked as if it could have gone either way until the end. Then you'll notice that after the first few seconds, all technique went out the window and it turned into a brawl...so much for the 'black belt'...fuckin' dojo ballerina.
Now on this 'marine' thing...I doubt that whomever did the writeup is really a marine and I also have my doubts about the 'blackbelt'...Marine NCO's and Genuine martial artists adhere to deeply ingrained codes of conduct and this disgrace is in gross violation of both.

^^You are absolutely right. He is a disgrace to the Corps, and a disgrace to martial artists. Both groups are trained to know you don't fight a civilian unless self-defense (because of their advanced training and fighting skills). All the more reason to get these guys what they deserve--a nice stay at the Gray Bar hotel.
