I live maybe 20 minutes from Dumfries(little town where all this took place). While I can't attest to whether the individual in the film died or not, even though it's kinda clear cut he had the "death rattle" going after being stomped in the throat, I can say that there may have been a decent size cover up solely because Blythe was so popular and "famous" locally but also because of the fact that some police officers were trained at that so called "dojo" at the time and some are rumored to have been present when this occured. Evil begets evil and I can only hope that Blythe gets himself stomped on one day
