Yes, the student was a total dick to throw the first blow, but the title of this video is misleading. The skinny black shinto Jesus guy isn't retarded and is pretty fucking tough and fast. It's clear that the student felt ashamed by having this vagrant turn out to be such a worthy foe, and it sucks that he felt he needed to kill the guy to prove himself. Just goes to show that karate is for assholes. The moral of the story is that not all homeless weirdos started out that way. Some are great musicians, artists...and black belts.

there is no statute of limitations for any felony class crime. aggrivated assault (which this is until proven a murder) in most states is a class 1 (or class a) misdemeanor. statute of limitations on a misdemeanor is around 2 years and generally not extraditable unless the state wants you badly enough...
