Just Walking Around Carrying a Decapitated Head, No Big Deal
Klouékanmè, Benin. A man in his 40s was arrested when he was found walking in public with a severed head in his arms. The head belonged to a 22-year-old. It seems the decapitation took place for ritual purposes, probably for use in witchcraft.
