When you've got nothing, you've got nothing to lose. I mean, theres always the possibility someone could have come up behind HIM and shot him in the back, but its like he could care less about that. That's bone chilling.

Ranges in Brazil are not as ubiquitous as in America, besides even stupid Brazilian cops practice with about 300 rounds a year if not less. (Argentinian cops 50 rounds a year, believe it or not! In Brazil criminals are lucky if they get their hands on cheap, badly stored and kept ammo, hence the frequent duds and malfunctioning, not to mention weak hammer springs on pitted, corroded revolvers and pistols. |
