U Stupid retard, they are Judging what has happened, for what other reason they would have filmed it u think ? And in a War torn country, there is not everywhere Medical Treatment or help, especially in those countries who are selected for Sanctions by the US. If they have no proper education, or no Doctor in the room, no one can help. U cant and i cant too. So dont talk so much bullshit. The Middleeast and Africa was and is under the Pressure of Western Countries since centuries, u cant develop if u get bombs and Attacks on a daily basis |

They have had 1,000's of years to 'develop'. They had a massive head start on The West and have ended up far far far far below and behind The West due to their insane 'cultures'.
