Indeed; the beauty of nuclear fission and fusion, and its dual uses for energy or weaponisation, was made just for situations like this. Its a shame the US and NATO havent got the stomach to use it. Maybe Israel will be the first? I must say that they have shown tremendous restraint, but they are in a very unenviable position; they undergo constant crap from Hezbullah and Hamas, but they darent used their greatest assets as that would cause WW3, so theyre fucked either way  If Israel attacked Iran, Hezbullah have said they will start targeting Israeli civilians with their rockets Must admit, if my finger was hovering over the nuclear button, I think I'd have gone "fuck it" and done the deed.

And with the coward Barry Obama in power, it's even more dangerous for Israel. He wouldn't back any move by Israel to do anything, he seems to hate the Israelis with a passion.
