I made a quick translation, feel free to add it to the OP.

It began as a street fight and ended in an especially gruesome death. It all happened in the middle of the road in broad day light in a big neighborhood in Nazareth.

The suspect Abdel Kareem Abu-Salech, aged 37, was filmed hitting his relative with a bat while the other is lying on the road and barely moves.
Even after long minutes Abu-Salech didn't calm down. He left the scene, ran to his car, and came back with an ax in his right hand which he swung again and again. We froze the video here, but the abuse continued for a long time.

After the beating Abu-Salech switched to cursing which the victim probably couldn't hear. He then left the area again but after a minute he came back, this time with a knife in his right hand with which he stabbed the victim dozens of times all over his body.
Even at this point Abu-Salech did not stop, he again left the victim but came back quickly with a heavy hammer to confirm the result.
Here too the picture was frozen on purpose, but the beating continued for a few more minutes.

Abu-Salech was accused of murder due to a long lasting inner-family territorial feud.
Abu-Salech claims that a week earlier the victim has cursed his father and he didn't wait too long to take revenge.
The defense attorney, Taufik Abu-Ahmed, preferred to not comment on the video.

The peak of the cruelty came at the end - a person lying on the road with blood pouring from his body and on the verge of death, but the drivers kept driving normally.
No one stopped to lend a hand.
