Either way you look at it, that is Justifiable Homicide. I mean..it's clear he wanted to do it and intended to finish it. You still cant come at someone with a baseball bat, in the eyes of the law both count as deadly weapons. |

It's common in Israel for Arabs to attack Israelis with knives, clubs, rocks, suicide bombs on buses, etc. Every adult is required to be a member of the military and carry a weapon for self-defense. Lessons learned.
