Usually what happens is the israeli military will show up to a palestinian family's home and force them out at gunpoint so that jewish immigrants from the US or Europe can be housed there. That's what's usually being referred to when you hear about "israeli settlements." So I have absolutely no problem with palestinians doing whatever the hell they want to the people who have stolen their homes or the people currently occupying them. I just wish they used bombs more often.

The Pagans, Jews, Christians and lastly the Muslims have been warring in the Holy Land for millennia. The victors got the spoils, and the defeated got killed, enslaved and/or exiled. For centuries, ownership has changed based on who won the last war. The Jews won the last two major wars in the current state of Israel. The victors get the spoils. The Muslims lost those wars. The defeated have no right of ownership. That's the age old rule of war.

As much as the 20th Century UN type organizations want to change the rules of war, in my opinion, they do not have the authority to do so. That authority is in the hands of the victor, as it always has been.
