Fuck terrorist, I'm talking the really evil ones that target civilians and hospitals/schools. That word can be wrapped around a lot of actions depending on which side is using it.

Dude was just walking, Israel has surveillance capabilities that rivals the United States' abilities. They have bomb detection technology and sniffer dogs all over the place. This was just straight up killing his ass because either they didn't want to deal with him going through the legal system or they weren't entirely sure if he had done anything illegal and just killed him "Because he might do something". Not a great way to "police" the people around you.
