You can NOT kill a problem like this. You kill one "enemy", and you create 3 more. Plus you enrich their hatred towards their enemies. Education is the only way, like always. This is a problem that will take decades to correct even if the proper measures are taken NOW to help improve the education system. Knowledge=Power. Something women lack in the Middle East. Though if this is chechyns then it's not really middle east but it's still an Islamic problem. If you empower women, you empower everyone. Education is the key to ALL problems. It's a preventative measure.
