In my opinion the Mexican cartel doesn't want anything to do with ISIS. If the US finds ISIS coming thru US Mexico border they will tighten the border down. Cartels doesnt want the flow of their drugs and human cargo messed with. They make way too much money. I live about 15 minutes from border. We see a lot of bullshit here.
