I've seen several beheading videos over the years where I suspect they told the guy basically, "Don't worry. You've converted and/or seen the error of your ways and will be spared. Just do a convincing confession of guilt, ask for forgiveness and we will FX the rest. 3 or 4 takes and we should be done in time for lunch." I would almost bet that this guy did not know he was going to be murdered until the blade bit into his neck. He was waaaaaaay too relaxed and deliberate in his delivery. He sure seemed to be going along with it like he was 'selling it'. If you do several takes up until the actual murder and then stop, the guy will relax. Then you capture Maximum Horror when he realizes - too late - in a instant that he is being murdered for real. |
