Im from germany too and yes its entirely in german. I wonder why? As far as I know there are (only) 400 people from germany who fight for ISIL. But i'am impressed that they do so much across the internet and polarize. they are not a 0815 old muslim extremist-group, they are actually modern.

Here in OZ they are saying around 100-150 muslims have gone over to fight, and like other countries they are banned from re-entering and will be stripped of their citizenship.
