That has to be one of the most terrifying things I’ve seen in this site. But surely you’d check the weather forecast first? Or do these storms just suddenly materialise? I appreciate weather forecasts aren’t 100 per cent accurate.

I would think that somebody would have seen the sandstorm approaching and halt the festivities before the scaffolding became a spinning sandblaster of death. Jus’ sayin’.

I agree. I understand the storms can materialize fairly quickly but you would think even a 10 minute heads up would have been enough to lower it to the ground. Who knows, ass backwards country, maybe no one watching out for them. I couldn't be a window washer for any building higher than three stories because I'm such a pussy when it comes to heights. |
