If that drunk hit another car head on there likely would've been fatalities. If he hit the people walking on the side of the road, they would've been killed. So meh, this is the risk EVERYONE takes when they leave their house (hell drunks have even crashed into homes so you're really not safe there either).

cut their fucking arms off and make sure they never drive again... fair punishment in my book, i havde no empathy for drunken bastards that take to the road , this is all to common place and should be finaly stamped out with a decent deterent , do and you die !
