I always like to see this method of throat cutting. These guys are no Chechens though, and this guy isn't half the victim that that Ukrainian with the shaved head was. Nonetheless, it's nice to see.

The first cutter just needs a little more experience with the spinal severance issue but I saw some great artistic moves at the beginning of the surgery.

Agreed. A couple more tries and they'll have honed that ability to home in on one of those gaps between vertebrae.
