Israeli army members carry condition 3 (magazine inserted but no round chambered). Those two dumbasses were security guards who were open carrying and made two terrible mistakes: 1.- Had a passive retention holster 2.- Placed at the 5 O'clock for anyone to snatch! Might as well had a sign on their backs that read: Take one.  |
